User Conference
CSI hosts an annual conference for our user base. At this conference
users share tips and tricks, make presentations on specific applications, discuss
enhancement requests, and preview new releases.
The 2009 User Conference was held on September 23 & 24, with a Super User Pre-Conference Training on September 22
at Amelia Island Plantation near Jacksonville, Florida. Contact us for additional information.
The 3rd Annual PBL ScoreCard User Conference was an absolute treasure of information! Held September 23 - 24, 2009 at Amelia Island Plantation in Florida, attendees had the opportunity to review and use the NEW PBL ScoreCard software version 2.6. Participants were extremely impressed with the fact that the majority of the new enhancements were requests collected during the previous year's conference. One attendee stated, "They truly listen to the needs of their clients."
Participants explored the new metric value import features for both Excel spreadsheets as well as other systems and databases. They learned how to leverage performance charts for navigation and presentation needs. In addition, they collected and prioritized enhancements that will serve as a primary input for the new enhancements in the 2010 release. Of course, one of the most valuable takeaways is the sharing of best practices, tips and tricks from other attendees. A group dinner and a visit to the Falcons Nest provided ample time for networking opportunities.
