Team Audit Systems Design

Purpose: To assist participants in the development of an effective team audit process that reinforces employee/team development, continuous improvement and business accountability
Duration: 2 days
Overview: In order to ensure the application and effectiveness of learned skills and to sustain team growth and development, it is important that there be a vehicle for determining team progress against established criteria. This session develops a customized audit system, which enables the client to become self-sustaining. The audit system will include four key elements: audit preparation, performing the audit, analyzing the information/data, and presenting the results. CSI will lead participants through the design of these elements critical to the success of the organizational audit process.
