In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to successfully create scorecards with meaningful metrics that drive and sustain performance. Regardless of the industry (service, manufacturing or a branch of government), this highly interactive workshop will teach each participant how develop detailed metrics for their respective organization. The theory and concepts of scorecards are interspersed with live application. Each participant will apply what they learn in class to create scorecards and metrics for their organization. As an added bonus; participants will have the opportunity to store and have virtual access to their custom built scorecards, which is a great way to share their customized scorecards with their organizations.
