CSI recognizes the importance and necessity of supporting National Guard and Reserve men and women
Competitive Solutions, Inc. is proud to be a supporter of the National Guard and Reserve. We have joined several other proud organizations around the country by signing a Statement of Support. The program seeks to inform and educate employers about their rights and responsibilities towards their employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve.
A Statement of Support signing employer denotes the following:
* We fully recognize, honor and enforce the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act (USERRA).
* Our managers and supervisors will have the tools they need to effectively manage those employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.
* We will continually recognize and support our country’s service members and their families in peace, in crises and in war.
