(CSI), has been selected to speak at the ASTD 2010 TechKnowledge Conference & Exposition, to be held January 27-29, 2010, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The topic of John’s presentation is "Scorecards: How to Educate, Facilitate and Motivate."
