Anna had the opportunity to provide a day of onsite training with 19 members of Bausch & Lomb's leadership group at the Greenville, SC facility on January 20th.
Anna commented that she "truly enjoyed the session and hopes to return soon to implement more Process Based Leadership structure with the team."
Feedback was collected from the group and several participants noted that they valued the session and learned a lot about establishing standards as a way to drive overall communication, accountability and business focus.
