The annual conference, which is a 3-day eduactional forum, was well attended by nearly 100 Tax Collectors and Deputy Directors from across the State of Florida. Anna provided a 1/2 day workshop on Business Processes for Organizations to Become More Efficient.
Anna has worked with several Tax Collector's Office in Florida in recent years and has helped their organizations achieve organizational efficiencies and establish meaningful business scorecards and operating standards for continual improvement.
