Process Based Leadership Workshop& Behind-the-Scenes Tour at Harley-Davidson
Participants will be able to benchmark their organization's strategic planning and metrics against the business systems in place at Harley-Davidson....an extremely valuable experience! Prior to the tour, the workshop will assist participants in the development of business scorecards and other business systems. Everyone will be encouraged to bring their organization's strategic planning material. Through a series of case study reviews and interactive exercises, attendee will create and have a scorecard ready prior to the tour.
