Duration: 2 days
Overview: One of the greatest challenges faced by organizations is maintaining a consistent communication focus. CSI leads companies through the design and development of critical communication processes in a 2 -day hands-on session. Participants will explore and develop communication meeting elements critical to business effectiveness and ultimate success. Standard meetings are identified and completely specified with timing, attendees, agenda, purpose, and outcomes. Detailed requirements are outlined for meeting audits and reinforcements by leaders. A structured process for information pass up and pass down is developed to ensure that leaders routinely receive and give business status updates to the organization. Communication support tools are also standardized to ensure consistency with e-mail, bulletin boards, voice mail, and other media. The sum total of this information provides the company and its employees with a clear picture of total business operations, major project updates, business issues and corresponding actions and ensures that all employees have an avenue to provide status updates and concerns to the appropriate organization decision makers.
