Overview:
Face-to-face communication is necessary at all levels of an organization. Communication does not happen by chance - it requires structure and discipline! The most common form of communication, meetings, are also the least popular. While meetings can be time consuming, effective meetings use that time to drive to specific outcomes, utilize the input of all participants, and assign accountability for business results. Participants will learn 6 key elements of effective business meetings and will develop the standard communication processes that their work group will use to promote timely, consistent information flow.
