Overview:
The cornerstone of creating successful group dynamics is to understand the strengths and potential vulnerabilities each member brings to the workgroup. By understanding methods of communicating, decision making, expressing anger and providing direction, group members gain insight to different behavioral styles and can adapt their own behaviors to meet the needs of others. Participants will review the difference between perceptions and intentions and develop action plans for minimizing negative personality perceptions.

Identification of 4 key behavioral styles
Understanding strengths and vulnerabilities of each behavioral style
Evaluation of one's own behavioral tendencies
Evaluation of the workgroup's behavioral tendencies
Methods for approaching each behavioral style
How each behavioral style reacts under stress or during conflict
Steps for creating positive working relationships
Adjusting one's own style for the benefit of others
Action plans for improving personality perceptions
