Communication - One-on-One Feedback

| Purpose: | To improve interpersonal and communication skills by exposing participants to situations, techniques and processes for giving and receiving constructive feedback
| | Duration: | 4 hours
| | Overview: | This key communication course focuses on the responsibility we all have as individuals to give and receive feedback on a regular basis. Feedback between individuals is extremely important to effective operations and continued business success. Participants learn a feedback process and role play feedback situations for practice and benchmarking. Students leave with a customized process for one-on-one feedback.
| | Audience: | Any organizational employee, organizational group, or project team
| | Delivery: | CSI Consultant Led, Train-the-Trainer, and Off-the-Shelf
| | Materials: | Participants will receive a workbook that includes process development pages and a course evaluation form
| | Key Outcomes: | A fully developed written process for promoting, evaluating, and providing open and honest feedback in a timely manner to include:
