Overview:
This key communication course focuses on the responsibility we all have as individuals to give and receive feedback on a regular basis. Feedback between individuals is extremely important to effective operations and continued business success. Participants learn a feedback process and role play feedback situations for practice and benchmarking. Students leave with a customized process for one-on-one feedback.
