| | Overview: | One of the greatest challenges faced by organizations is maintaining a common organizational focus. In order to achieve this, companies have to break down barriers between functional areas and layers and effectively communicate the information that resides in each. In order to access pertinent functional information and make integrated business decisions, a structured organizational communication strategy must be developed and implemented. The goal of effective communication is to focus the efforts of the organization or function on meeting the day to day business demands and still exceed expectations for the overall business measures and customers. This is achieved by establishing and reinforcing processes that create the means to successfully inform and involve all areas of the business in goal attainment discussions and decisions that will contribute to bottom-line success. This hands-on workshop provides participants with critical communication plan elements and design templates for Staff Meetings, Project Reviews, Round Tables, Shift Turnovers, and Issue/Action organizational communication processes.
