Overview:
Conflict is a natural occurrence in the work place. Fortunately, we do not have to let it rule the work place! Utilizing specific action steps, work groups can efficiently and effectively resolve conflict so that it stays resolved. Participants will learn specific tools such as agendas, action plans, expectation reviews, and feedback to increase the probability of resolving conflict. Situations, role plays, and case studies will be utilized to drive key points and practice key learnings.
