The business focus process is a non-negotiable process driven by the development of business
scorecards. An effective scorecard solution becomes the vehicle to drive strategic
objectives tactically throughout the organization.
Once objectives are tactically driven
and aligned, all employees can be held accountable for performance on those tactical
metrics applicable to their scope of responsibility. This process drives urgency and focus
