| | Overview: | The most common mistake companies make when implementing teams is a lack of planning for structural reinforcement to sustain the change. The second most common mistake is a lack of direct leadership involvement. Let CSI's years of team expertise work for you. A little planning goes a long way and dramatically improves the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation process. CSI will assist organizational leadership in the development of a strategic plan to successfully implement, integrate, and sustain a team culture with involvement and ownership throughout all organizational areas and levels.
